Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical student 2. Age between 20 to 45 years 3. who owned personal laptops for at least last 1 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students not given consent 2. History of cervical fracture or trauma or cervical surgery 3. History of surgery of the spine/ upper or lower extremitiesââ?¬• 4. Musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting the upper or lower extremities 5. Idiopathic scoliosis, bone cancer, spasmodic torticollis or movement disorder 6. Persistent respiratory difficulties 7. Any hearing impairment requiring the use of a hearing aid 8. Temporomandibular surgery or dysfunction 9. Any visual impairment not corrected by glasses

1. To evaluate typing speed (in words per minute (WPM)) and accuracy � To objectively assess the ergonomic risk using Craniovertebral angle and RULA scoreTimepoint: Baseline single reading at the time of inclusion

1. To determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort (MSD) 2. To determine the correlation of MSD with daily hours of usage 3. To determine the correlation between CVA and RULA score (if any) Timepoint: 4 weeks
