Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Kasa with Kaphnistivan, Chardi, Pratishyay as a major symptom. 2. Patient diagnosed as Kaphaja Kasa. 3. Patients of either sex will be included. 4. Patient above age group above 1 year and below 5 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient not taking regular treatment and irregular follow up 2) Patient of any other long-term medications from other pathies. 3) Pneumonia. 4) Patients with Chronic debilitating disease or disorders. 5) All types of Kasa except Kaphaja Kasa lakshana will be excluded.

MeasureTime frame
Complete reduction of symptoms of respiratory origin and return to normal health within 7 daysTimepoint: 7 days treatment with 4 followup (1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th day)

Immediate relief from Kasa and Pratishyaya after 5 daysTimepoint: 7 days treatment with 4 followup ( 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th day)
