Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gender- Male 2.Age group- 18-years-old to 50-years-old 3.Healthy weight (BMI 18.5 - 24.9) 4.No chronic illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of illnesses, like- neurological and psychiatric diseases, gastrointestinal diseases (Irritable bowel diseases, metabolic syndrome, etc), endocrinal disease, or any other related disease. 2.User of drugs that might modulate systems- Gastrointestinal system, nervous system, endocrinal system 3.Use of pre, synbiotic and probiotic supplementation 4.Use of antibiotics 6 weeks before the study 5.Intolerance to lactose 6.Smoker or user of any other tobacco product and alcoholic (within last 1 year)
