Inclusion criteria: 1)All cases of head and neck cancers undergoing reconstruction with Supraclavicular artery island flap. 2)Individuals giving consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Not willing to participate in the study 2)Not fit for general anesthesia
