Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volleyball players of age group between 18-25 years. 2. Players at least 2 years of participation in volleyball and practising at least 3 days per week. 3.Both male and female volleyball players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not regularly participating volleyball game 2. History of any recent injury or recent surgery 3. History of drug abuse or involved in alcohol consumption 4. Players who are not practising Pilates previously. 5. Players who are using any kind of nutritional supplement or on specific diet.
