Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects from 18 years to 35 years with regular menstrual periods Bleeding between 22-35 days for 3-8 days Active sports participation for atleast 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological disease Pregnancy Medically unstable Unwilling participants History of disease such as asthma, diabetes, renal, cardiac, thyroid, or on medication or being on special diet
