Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group 18 to 60 yr

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pt not willing to participate in study uncooperative patients any known hypersensitivity or contraindication to levobupivicaine or nalbuphine local pathology at the site of block patients with bleeding or clotting disorder,history of convulsion allergy to the drug used
