Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Adult Patient referred for MDCT Urography for any indication by treating clinician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any contraindications for CECT • Pregnant female • S. creatinine greater than 1.5 mg/dl or eGFR less than 45ml/min • History of documented contrast allergy • Patient at high risk of developing contrast induced nephropathy. 2. Patients with Complete / high grade obstruction of urinary tract 3. Any contraindication of furosemide • Patient having anuria • History of hypersensitivity of furosemide • Patients having Dehydration

MeasureTime frame
1. Number of patients showing various level of distension on dual phase technique with furosemide and triple phase technique with saline infusion exposure as percentage. 2. Number of patients showing various grades of opacification on dual phase technique with furosemide and triple phase technique. Timepoint: 2hour
