Inclusion criteria: a)Subjects diagnosed as per DSM V criteria b)Age between 20- 50 years c)No discrimination of gender, religion or economic status d)Those fit fir marsa nasya e)Those who provide written consent (participants/legal guardians)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Diagnosed cases of organic brain disorder b)Pregnant women and lactating mothers c)Other co morbid psychiatric conditions d)Coronary artery disease, thyroid dysfunction, hypertension
