Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Read and write English - School/College students will be screened Age between 13-18 years (As per WHO Adolescent Male and Female) Both boys and girls will be included No earlier exposure to Counselling be indicted in the demographic self-disclosure form Schools and Colleges from Urban Bangalore
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Major Psychological issues/ Problems as indicated in demographic self-disclosure form or personally informed to the Researcher Suffering from any Chronic illness as indicated in the demographic self-disclosure form or personally informed to the Researcher
