Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Amenorrhea for 12 months 2. Can perform exercises 3. Knee Osteoarthritis 4. Knee pain score more than 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes 2. Thromboembolism 3. Obesity 4. Psychiatry illness 5. Coronary Artery Disease 6. Hypertension 7. Gynaecological cancers 8. Surgical Menopause 9. Medications 10.Hormonal Therapy
