Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having signs and symptoms of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 2.Patient having Fasting blood glucose level between 110-200mg/dl 3.Patient having Postprandial blood glucose level between 140-300mg/dl 4.Patient having HbA1C value above 6.4 5.Patient having age between 25-70 year. 6.Patient having BMI between 25-30kg/m2 7.Patient having no complication with Diabetes Mellitus. 8.Patient eligible for Virechana Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient unwilling to participate in the trial. 2.Patient having complication like severe renal disease,retinopathy,severe hypertension,Ischemic heart disease,neuropathy,dyslipidemia etc. 3.Patient having fasting glucose level above 200 and post prandial glucose level above 300. 4.Patient associated with any immunocompromised disease like AIDS,tuberculosis etc. 5.Patient having hypersensitivity to trial drug. 6.Patient having BMI index above 30 kg/m2
