Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Only patients who are aware of their cancer diagnosis and prognosis will be included. 2.Adults in the age group of 18 and above. 3.Admitted to inpatient care at karunashraya for end of life care 4.Verbal fluency in one of the language English, Tamil and Kannada.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are not willing to participate Symptoms interfering in the assessment 2.Those experiencing severe physical agony and are non-cooperative. 3.Patients with history of diagnosed mental health disorders.
