Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: asa 1 and 2, surferies below the umbilicus under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: platelet count less than 100000/cu mm asa class 3 and 4 sensitivity to local anaesthestics history of heart failure or kidney or liver disease history of neurological disorder failed spinal anaesthesia
