Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged above 18 years on twice weekly maintenance HD for at least 3 months 2. Patients with BP above 120/80 mmHg and at least on any 1 antihypertensive medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pacemaker, Metallic joints/pins/clips and amputated major limb 2. Patients on peritoneal dialysis 3. Patients with AKI

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Patient with blood pressure Control by 10 mm Hg from baseline (post HD blood pressure). 2. Patient with 50% reduction in antihypertensive dose or reduction in number of antihypertensive medications by at least one. 3. Patients with episodes of Dyspnea requiring oxygen Pre HD / unscheduled HD / hospitalizations for fluid overload Timepoint: Patients will be reviewed every 3 months and at the end of the study (0,3,6,9 & 12 month)
