Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged above 18 years on twice weekly maintenance HD for at least 3 months 2. Patients with BP above 120/80 mmHg and at least on any 1 antihypertensive medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pacemaker, Metallic joints/pins/clips and amputated major limb 2. Patients on peritoneal dialysis 3. Patients with AKI

| 1. Patient with blood pressure Control by 10 mm Hg from baseline (post HD blood pressure). 2. Patient with 50% reduction in antihypertensive dose or reduction in number of antihypertensive medications by at least one. 3.
