Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women who have delivered through LSCS for the first time Willing to practice guided imagery Conscious enough to follow our guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women those who delivered twin babies babies with disability and also, women with psychiatry disorder Women who have previously undergone LSCS delivery.
