Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 years from above diagnosed with frozen shoulder who will received SSNB. Participant are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: FS following trauma or shoulder surgeries , stroke or MI

Pain and shoulder functioning will be assessed in frozen shoulder patients received supra-scapular nerve block attending orthopaedic, OPD, PGIMER,ChandigarhTimepoint: To assess the effectiveness of two different strategies on pain and shoulder functioning in frozen shoulder patients who have received supra-scapular nerve block and will assessed on 2nd, 4th,6th and 8th week.

To inprove the pain and shoulder functioning of frozen shoulder patients by using specific exercises and hot application after receiving supra-scapular nerve block attending orthopaedic OPD PGIMER ChandigarhTimepoint: Secondary outcome i,e. pain and shoulder functioning will be assessed at the end of 2nd month.
