Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To determine the incidence of maternal hypotension in Height adjusted and height and weight adjusted dosing regimensTimepoint: Baseline and every 5 minutes upto 90 minutes after giving spinal anaesthesia with bupivacaine

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Time taken to attain sensory level upto T6 in both group 2. Time taken to attain complete motor block( Modified bromage scale 1) in both group 3. Dose of Ephedrine needed in both group. 4. Incidence of complication in both group. 5. Neonatal APGAR Score at 1 and 5 min. Timepoint: 2 hours
