Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age : 5 months to 5 years ASA grade 1 and 2 Children undergoing surgery for complete or incomplete, unilateral or bilateral cleft lip

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to local anaesthetic Bleeding diathesis History of convulsion disorder Hepatic diseases Congenital cardiac anomalies Low birth weight infants Infection in the region of infraorbital foramen
