Inclusion criteria: Age group 18 to 30 years free from any neurological disorder or problem or any history of it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Nerve root compression 2) pregnancy 3) spinal surgery or trauma or disease 4)disc herination 5) osteoporosis
