Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fresh Diagnosed cases (within 3 Months) 2. Patients with hypothyroidism with features under subjective criteria including obesity 3. Patients with raised serum TSH, & subnormal T3 & T4 levels along with altered BMI & Waist Hip Ratio 4. patients ready to give consent and participate in the study by following the instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated cases of Hypothyroidism or associated with other endocrine disorders 2. Patients with Euthyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Diabetes Mellitus 3. Pregnant & Lactating Patients 4. Patients associated with any other systemic illness 5. patients who fail to give consent 6. patients who have taken antibiotic therapy for any systemic illness within past 2 months
