Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18years to 40 years 2. Women planned for elective caesarean section with peripartum hysterectomy for placenta acrreta spectrum diseases 3. ASA  II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of active bleeding 2. Women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases,GDM 3. Women with known fetal abnormalties  4. Growth restricted fetus having chronic asphyxia ( prev. Abnormal non-stress test and biophysical profile 5. Refusal to participate

Percentage of neonates requiring PPV (CPAP, endotracheal intubation, bag mask ventilation).Timepoint: Percentage of neonates requiring PPV (CPAP, endotracheal intubation, bag mask ventilation) immediately after birth

Other neonatal outcomes like Apgar score, need for NICU care. b.Other cord blood gas parameters- pCO2, pO2, HCO3, Lactate will be noted. c.Intraoperative maternal haemodynamics. d.Total estimated blood loss. e.Maternal transfusion requirement (blood and blood products). f.Any need for ionotropic/vasopressor support. g.Need for maternal post-operative ventilatory support or ICU care. h.Duration of hospital stay after surgery Timepoint: Intraoperative Postoperative
