Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18years to 40 years 2. Women planned for elective caesarean section with peripartum hysterectomy for placenta acrreta spectrum diseases 3. ASA Â II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of active bleeding 2. Women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases,GDM 3. Women with known fetal abnormalties 4. Growth restricted fetus having chronic asphyxia ( prev. Abnormal non-stress test and biophysical profile 5. Refusal to participate
