Intervention1: 5% W/V Panchavalkala extract: 5% w/v Panchavalkala extract is to be placed every 12 hourly on one ear lobe for a healing period of 7 days

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with bilateral partial/complete cleft in the ear lobes. 2) Patients â?? above 18years of age 3) Healthy patients having no systemic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, those on steroid therapy, with a history of chemotherapy/radiotherapy, and bleeding disorders. 4) Patients willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 18 years of age. 2) Pregnancy. 3) Known case of hypersensitivity to 5% w/v panchavalkala drug.
