Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients full fill the diagnostic criteria 30 to 60 years of either gender 2 Patients fit for Basti Karma 3 Subjects who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent form 4 Signs and symptoms of sciatica

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients not fit for the Niruha basti procedure 2 Pregnancy 3 Uncontrolled Type 1 Diabetes mellitus & Hypertension 4 Diagnosed cases of systemic disorders like chronic heart disease, chronic renal failure and chronic liver disease which may interfere with the course of the treatment. 5 History of HIV, HBsAg, Carcinoma and Tuberculosis 6 Fractures of pelvis and femur
