Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed Patients of Arsha (1st and 2nd degree Internal Hemorrhoids).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from systemic ischaemia disorders like Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension. Thrombosed hemorrhoids and other Ano rectal disorders such as Fissure in ano, Fistula in ano, Rectal prolapse, Carcinomatous conditions of ano rectal region. Known case of RVD and HBsAg. Pregnant and lactating women.
