Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients from 12years to 75years of age will be included 2 Pre-diagnosed and new cases presenting as one or more of the following three primary clinical syndromes are a Axial neck pain b Cervical radiculopathy c Cervical myelopathy 3 Cases will be diagnosed using X-Ray radiographs 4 Patients giving consent for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Cases who refuse to give their consent for study 2 Patients suffering from severe systemic diseases 3 Females who are pregnant and lactating 4 Cases that need emergency medical treatment or surgical interventions 5 If patient having any planned surgery, in the next 6 months

MeasureTime frame
1.) Quality of life will be assessed using WHOQOL- BREF questionnaire.Timepoint: It will be assessed at base line and after 12 weeks.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.) Neck pain and disability scale will assess the pre and post scores of improvement in pain and disability due to cervical spondylosis. Timepoint: It will be assessed at baseline and after 12 weeks.
