Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 - 65 years of age Patients with breast malignancies undergoing elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiac disorders-valvular heart disease, left ventricular ejection fraction of less than 40%, global hypokinesia. Patients with heart rate less than 50/min. Patients who are not willing. Patients with Hepatic dysfunction.

:to compare: i)intraoperative hemodynamics, ii)requirement of muscle relaxants in the intraoperative period. iii)time taken for achieving Aldrete score of 10 in the immediate postoperative periodTimepoint: immediately after surgery
