Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Physician and radiologically diagnosed ILD patients receiving pulmonary rehabilitation, 2. Clinically stable and ambulant, 3. Both genders, 4. Those able to perform 6 MWT and able to maintain SPO2 >=80%, 5. Patients using walking aids like walker.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physically disabled patients- unable to ambulate, 2. Recent MI, unstable angina, acute pulmonary oedema, acute myocarditis or pericarditis, severe rhythm disorders, non- ambulatory rheumatic disease, severe PAH, 3. Those unable to follow the commands, 4. Musculoskeletal and neurological impairments limiting mobility.
