Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with jaundice as per AAP nomogram under phototherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonatal Sepsis 2. Perinatal asphyxia 3. Infant of diabetic mother (IDM) 4. Newborn with congenital anomalies 5. IUGR neonates 6. Neonates in NICU for causes other than neonatal jaundice those who need exchange transfusion 7. Neonates whose parents did not give consent
