Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New cases of URTI of either gender, over the age of 18 years, who will seek treatment at the selected health care facility. 2. Jackson Score17 will be used to assess the eligibility of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of COPD, Bronchial Asthma, and the Suspected patients of LRTI. [Respiratory symptom severity score18 will be used to exclude the patients]
