Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Family history of Tinea infection. Typical distribution of the lesion on the face, axilla, body, inguinal regions and nails. well defined raised margins. Marked itching Clearance in the central area of the lesion. Active border. Patients who are willing to give the radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation. Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent stating that he/she will continuously stick to the treatment during 48 days but can option out of the trial of his/her own conscious discretion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extension of the infection down to the hair follicles Pyoderma Dermatophytoid reaction Lymphangitis Regional lymphadenitis Deep type of Tinea barbae
