Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patientâ??s age above 18 years and above, mesioangular and horizontal third molars position A and B impactions, symptomatic patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of any systemic disease, History of known allergy to above medications, pregnancy

1)Swelling- 3 point measurement 2)Trismus- interincisal distance Timepoint: All outcomes to be measured Pre operatively just before surgery ,2nd and 7th day post operative day.

MeasureTime frame
Pain- VAS scale on a scale of 1 to 10.Timepoint: Outcomes to be measured Pre operatively just before surgery,2nd and 7th post operative day.
