Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients having mild to moderate symptoms of Vatarakta /Gout along with Hyperuricemia. 2) Chronicity less than 1 yrs. 3) Range of Serum Uric Acid (7-10 mg/dl for men and 6- 10 mg/dl for women)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 30 years and above 60 years were excluded. 2) Patients of Chronic Vatarakta who have developed gross joint deformity,Patients not fit for Yogic Practices. 3) Patients of Hepatic, Renal, Hemopoietic, Cardiac or any other systemic disorders. 4) Pregnant women 5) Chronicity more than 1 yrs. 4) Patients whose serum uric acid above 10 mg/dl.

Serum Uric Acid Body Mass IndexTimepoint: Total three follow-ups of all groups will be done at an interval of 21days, for total study period of 63 days.
