Intervention1: music therapy based on Indian classical music administered by a Bluetooth headphones: Instrumental Music will be played via Bluetooth headphones.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Intubated and ventilated patients 2.Hemodynamically stable 3. 4.Admitted in PICU 5.Consent from parents/appropriate relative
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Features of increased intracranial pressure 2.Patient in shock 3.Deafness on basis of history given by informant Not on drugs which can impact HR including inotropes, digoxin, antiarrhythmics or intravenous calcium boluses 4.If patient has increase in frequency of seizures after starting music : withdrawn from the study with immediate effect 5.Paralyzed patients
