Inclusion criteria: Cases of Chronic Kidney Disease stage 3 and above during hospitalisation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Kidney Disease stage 1 or 2 2. Known cases of Cerebrovascular accidents or IHD 3. Pregnancy
