Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergone Haemorrhoids Surgery under Spinal or Local anaesthesia, Complaining of Pain, irrespective of their gender and occupation. 2. Patients who are above 18 Years and Below 70 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of DM,HTN and Malignancy. 2. Patients with infective Wound. 3. Patients who are on any kind of analgesics.
