Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing hysteroscopy who are willing to give written and informed consent. 2. ASA Grade I and II. 3. Females of Age Group 18-55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of drug allergy 2.Patients with pre-existing Renal or Hepatic dysfunction 3. Patients with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, ejection fraction 4. Patients with a neurological disorder 5. Patients facing serious intraoperative hypoxemia and need endotracheal intubation. 6. Patients with a history of chronic pain. 7. BMI >30 kg/m2

MeasureTime frame
To determine the difference in the proportion of cases needing rescue analgesia between the groups (using VNRS: more than 4 scores) within 4hrs postoperative.Timepoint: 4 hours

MeasureTime frame
1. To determine the difference in the mean dose of rescue analgesia between the groups. 2. To determine the difference in the proportion of cases with side effects throughout the procedure between the groups. 3. To compare the hemodynamic variables (HR, SBP, DBP, MAP, SpO2). Timepoint: 4 hours
