Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Between 20 and 65 years sex Both male and female Neck pain Radiating pain to the upper limbs With or without numbness in the upper limb Giddiness and neck stiffness Patient who are willing for admission and stay in IPD or willing to attend OPD Patient who are willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cervical rib trauma spina bifida ankylosing spondylosis tuberculosis in spine cardiac disease hypertension
