Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Caregivers who give consent to take part in the study and the use of the data for clinical research. 2.All the children below 18 years who have been diagnosed with a pediatric malignancy and have undergone treatment (Retrospective: to calculate treatment and oncologist delay) 3.All children below 18 years who have been diagnosed with a pediatric malignancy and are currently undergoing treatment (Prospective: questionnaire-based survey to assess factors involved with patient and referral delay) 4.Oncologists and physicians who consent to take part in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Caregivers who do not consent to take part in the survey or the use of the data for clinical research. •Oncologists and physicians who do not consent to take part in the study.
