Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who gives Informed Consent 2. Patients with anterior circulation aneurysms 3. WFNS grade 1 aneurysm 4. Age between 18-65 years 5. ASA grade 1 and 2 6. Both gender 7. MMSE 24-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving consent 2. Patients with posterior circulation aneurysm 3. Age 65 years 4. ASA grade 3,4,5 5. Pregnant patients 6. WFNS grade 2,3,4
