Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: criteria for diagnosis of insomnia: a. Difficulty falling asleep b. Difficulty staying asleep. c. Early awakening despite the opportunity for sleep d. Associated with impaired day time functioning e. Occurs atleast three times per week for atleast one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: �Other chronic sleep disorders except insomnia. �Obstructive sleep apnea �Pregnant or breast feeding �Overnight travelers �Irregular dietary habits �Past history and treatment history of sleeping disorders.
