Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged between 15 to 60 years will be selected irrespective of sex,prakruti,occupation,race,chronicity,socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)K/C/O Malignancy of urinary tract 2)STD,HIV Infection 3)Uncontrolled DM 4)Pyelonephritis

Mefenamic acid is effective in Mutrashmari Pidam ( Pain management). Pain will be assessed by VAS scale.Timepoint: 2 week

MeasureTime frame
Agnimantha Beeja Churna with Takra is effective in Mutrashmari Pidam ( Pain management). Pain will be assessed by VAS scale.Timepoint: 1 week. Primary out come will be 1 week for both groups.
