Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a)Inclusion criteria 1. All patients who are more than 18 years receiving the commonly prescribed medications (as identified from ABC analysis) including antibiotics from OPD and know to read Tamil. 2. Patients taking the commonly prescribed medications at least for one month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Patients collecting medications by proxy. Patients first time visit to pharmacy.
