Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects fit for Basti Karma and Physical therapy. 2. Fully conscious subjects. 3. Subject fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Pakshaghata.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects not fit for Basti Karma and Physical therapy. 2. Any co-existing illness which interfere with the treatment. 3. Comatose and unconscious subjects. 4. Subjects with presenting complaint of fracture and dislocation.
