Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Those who meet the CP / CPPS western medical diagnostic criteria b) Those whose disease course exceeds 3 months QOL score 3 or greater. c) 20-50 years old; d) Those who have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients refusing consent b) Patient with a history of pelvic surgery c) Persons with abnormal development or infection of urogenital system d) Prostate tuberculosis, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer, acute urethral syndrome; e) Patients with severe physical illness, systemic failure, and allergies to Alfuzosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule drugs
