Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed and written consent. 2. Patient irrespective of age, sex, religion, socioeconomic status and occupation will be taken. 3. Patient with the clinical features of Dushta Vrana. 4. Traumatic ulcers Traumatic ulcers Varicose ulcers Diabetes ulcers (DM under control

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to undergo trial or not ready to give informed and written consent. 1. HIV or Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C positive patients. 2. Patients with evidence of malignancy and malignant ulcer 3. Tubercular ulcer 4. Syphilitic ulcer 5. Soft chancre sores (ducreyâ??s) 6. Diabetes mellitus (uncontrolled) 7. Patients suffering from chronic renal disease
