Inclusion criteria: uncomplicated primary inguinal hernia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous lower abdominal surgeries 2. complicated inguinal hernia i.e. irreducible, obstructed or strangulated 3. recurrent hernias
