Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of middle ages 35â?? 59 years of age groups. Patients of both sexes. Patients who are previously diagnosed with T2DM. Patients with HbA1c â?? 5.7% or higher. Patients with Fasting glucose 126 to 170 mg/dl and PP from 200-250 mg/dl. Patients who give their valid consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from complications of Diabetes Mellitus. Cases with complications based on clinical evaluation (recently developed blurred vision; numbness or tingling in hands and feet, sores; swelling of feet, ankles, hands or eyes) Patients who are under regular medication (especially Insulin), or some other medical conditions. Pregnant women and lactating mothers
