Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Post Cesarean Section women with spinal anaesthesia 2. Those who are willing participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Women with cardiopulmonary, neuromuscular and mental disorders
