Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender â??Males Fencers age group between 18 to 25. who are practicing regularly since 3 years. Participant with inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major trauma to lower limb Recent ligament and tendon injury in lower limb Any lower limb surgery Any acute lower limb pain
